Linda Lefler

Linda was born and raised here in Loudon, TN. After 30 years in finance and banking, Linda retired from the finance world but still longed for something to keep her busy! Linda began managing rental homes for Village Realty before deciding to get her Affiliate Broker license and stepping into the selling side of real estate. Linda said her goal as an agent at Village Realty is to ‘help you find the home that you want and call your ‘Happy Place’.

Roger McSurley

Roger has been a resident of Tellico Village for 12 years. Before relocating, he lived in Toledo, Ohio. Roger received a B.A. in Education/History and a M.A. in History from Bowling Green State University. He was a basketball coach for 27 years and has been in real estate full and part time since 1970.

Al Wilson

A degree in Industry and Technology with a minor in Business Administration prepared Al Wilson for a career in home construction. He continues to demonstrate the integrity that has been his benchmark for over 35 years of homebuilding experience. His former responsibilities as Director of Construction and Design and Division President for Cooper Homes in Tellico Village place him in the position of having first hand knowledge in construction of standard and custom homes. He currently is a member of the Architectural Control Committee making him aware of homeowner trends and issues.
