Rent Payments & Deposit
One night stay (rent) is due in advance of arrival. All remaining monies are due at time of check-in.
Monday-Friday, after hours arrivals, must pay remainder of rent monies by 11:00 am the following day.
Please check in by 4:30 pm if possible.
Saturday and/or Sunday arrivals must be paid in advance of check- in, if stay is longer than 2 nights, reminder of monies must be paid by Monday by 11:00 am or tenant must check out.
The damage deposit ($150) will be paid by separate check. Any charges for damage, carpet cleaning or additional house cleaning will be deducted from the deposit. If the unit is in good condition, the check will be shredded.
We accept cash, personal checks, or Visa / MasterCard credit or debit. |
Cancellations & Refunds
We will refund your deposit if we are notified no later than 2:00 PM eastern time at least 3 days prior to arrival. You will loose your deposit if you do not show up. We will not be able to offer you a refund if you leave early. |
Check In & Out Times
Check out time is by 11:00 am
Check in time is 2:00 pm
Keys & garage door openers must be brought to the Village Realty office at departure. If the office is closed, leave them in our drop-box outside the office door. If lost or not returned the cost of replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. |
